Overview
This is a private day out for just your group: we pick you up at your door, drive you to Niagara, and show you the Horseshoe Falls from the Canadian side. Then you get two full hours at the Outlet Collection at Niagara in Niagara-on-the-Lake, which has more than 100 outlet brands.
Along the way we stop at the Whirlpool Aero Car lookout and the Floral Clock in season, and at Maple Leaf Place for maple syrup when time allows. The day runs 8.5 hours with one licensed, insured driver-guide, and tolls, parking and fuel are already in the price.

How much time do we get at the outlet?
You get two hours at the Outlet Collection. Our driver-guide sets the order and timing of the other stops.
What are the outlet's hours?
It is open 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, with special holiday hours. On Sundays your two hours must fall between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Is the Outlet Collection in Niagara Falls?
No, it is at 300 Taylor Road in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Canada One Outlets and Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA are different centres.
Will I save money at the outlet?
The centre lists more than 100 outlet brands, but each store sets its own prices, so savings cannot be promised.
Is there a visitor card?
Out-of-town visitors can ask for a free visitor card at Guest Services with proof of residence. Offers vary by store and run through 31 December 2026.
Can I get sales tax back?
The Canada Revenue Agency says non-resident visitors cannot claim a GST/HST rebate on purchases made in Canada. Check canada.ca for current rules.
Is the Aero Car ride included?
No, the Aero Car is a view stop only, and you can buy your own ride ticket from Niagara Parks. It runs April to November and has 40 steps each way.
Can we choose or reorder the stops?
Our driver-guide sets the order and may change it for traffic, weather, closures or safety. Please ask for a different plan before booking; extra time is US$250 per hour.
Does the route change in winter?
The outlet and Falls views are open year-round, but the Aero Car and Floral Clock are seasonal. Daylight is short, so a later start leaves less time outdoors.
Can I add the boat cruise or Journey Behind the Falls?
Yes, both are optional with separate tickets. The boat cruise is about 20 minutes and seasonal, while Journey Behind the Falls takes about 60 minutes and is open year-round.
How does booking and payment work?
Booking is a request that needs at least 24 hours' notice and is confirmed by email. Your card is charged 48 hours before the tour, or at booking if you book within 48 hours.
Can you collect us from Toronto Pearson?
Yes, Pearson is in Mississauga, inside our pickup area. Email us your flight times so we can confirm the plan.
What vehicle do we get?
SUVs carry 1 to 6, Sprinter vans 7 to 14, and Prevost coaches 15 to 56. Groups of 15 to 56 are booked by request.
Can we bring children?
Yes, and child seats are available, so tell us ages and how many seats you need. Strollers are not allowed on the Aero Car or inside Journey Behind the Falls.
Do I need a passport?
The tour stays in Canada and does not cross the border. Check canada.ca for entry rules for your nationality and carry photo ID.
How do I book?
Pick your date and number of guests in the booking box and send the request. We check with our local partners and email you within 24 hours to confirm, with a secure payment link. You pay nothing until you approve it.
Cancellation and payment
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your tour date; cancellations made less than 24 hours before are not refunded. You pay only after you approve your quote, by secure online payment. Read the full policies.

No wheelchair-accessible vehicle is offered on this tour. The Outlet Collection lends wheelchairs, walkers and strollers free (first come, first served, photo ID required); the Floral Clock is listed as accessible, the Aero Car is not (40 steps each way), and Journey Behind the Falls is partially accessible. Please raise mobility needs before booking.
